On-site rental (drop off/pick up available)

As a convenience to our customers we are happy to arrange a rental vehicle for you.  We work closely with both Hertz and Enterprise to make your transition between vehicles as easy as possible.  Exactly how the process works will vary depending on your specific situation so when you call to schedule your repairs ask us about a rental.

v We can arrange for your rental car to meet you at our shop when you drop your vehicle off.

You will need a valid driver's license and a major credit card.  The name on the license, credit card, and applicable insurance policy must match.  Debit cards can be used if they have a Visa/MasterCard symbol.  The rental agency will put a small security hold on the credit card that will vary depending on your specific situation.  The hold is removed when your return your rental.

v Both Hertz and Enterprise can directly bill the insurance company, so you don't pay a thing.

We will provide the rental agency with the appropriate insurance information so you don't pay anything out of pocket.  Both rental agencies have agreements with all major insurance providers so that the cost of your rental per day is fully covered within the amount per day you are allotted on your policy.  Throughout the repair process we are in constant contact with your insurance company so that they know exactly how long the repairs will take and will cover your rental as long as your vehicles in the shop. 

v If your not at fault you can get a rental through the other parties insurance policy.

This doesn't apply to hit and runs.  You will need the insurance information from the party that hit you, full name, insurance company, and policy or claim number.  You will be eligible for a vehicle comparable to the one that was in the accident. 

v If you are at fault you can get a rental through your own policy if your have the coverage.

We can call your insurance company and find out how much coverage per day your have and get you a rental within that amount.  If the amount of coverage you have per day isn't enough to cover the type of vehicle you need, you can pay the difference to upgrade.

v When you vehicle repairs are complete you can drop your rental off with us when you pick up your vehicle.

When you drop off your rental with us we contact the rental agency to "stop the clock" and come pick it up.  If you have any questions or feel there may be any issues we are happy to have a representative from the rental agency meet you at our shop.

v We can arrange for pick-up/drop-off at your home or business.

If you can't get to us for some reason, the kids, work, or whatever, just let us know and we will do our best to arrange a time to bring the rental to you and bring your car back to the shop, or vice versa.

If at any point during the repairs your rental needs change, call us or your rental agent and we will accomodate you.
