Glass replacement may become neccessary with or without an accident. When glass on your vehicle (windshield, back glass, door windows, or other stationary glass) becomes cracked or broken as the result of an accident we bring in a professional glass installer to replace it. The installer is factory certified and follows all manufacturer specifactions when replacing your vehicle's glass. The cost of replacement is included in your vehicle's estimate and paid for by the insurance company.

If glass on your vehicle becomes damaged by means other than an accident we are happy to help you with this type of claim as well. You will first need to file a claim with your insurance company, more often than not this will be covered by your insurance policy. Glass claims are usually handled by a seperate claims department than collision claims so be sure to listen for this option when you call. Once you have a claim number you can set up the repairs. We can refer you to our trusted glass replacement specialist (on all major insurance company vendor lists) that can meet you at your home or work or you may drop your vehicle off with us for the day and we can arrange for the replacement.
